I think Trump needs to get a magic lamp from the "Arabian Nights" and keep it handy nearby him in order to enable him to get at least 3 wishes.  You start with 3 wishes but each time you rub it you lose one wish.

If you're still a Trump supporter it's time to do a "gut check" or a long, hard look into the mirror!  Trump has only been in office for approx. 178 days and the "carnage" he has inflicted on the body-politic is incalculable.  He's literally ground up the majesty & prestige of the American White House into raw hamburger --- filled with gristle + fat.

A while later, on 6-16-16 Washington Post reported a hack of the DNC ostensibly by Russia intelligence. Material from this hack began appearing online, courtesy of the “Guccifer 2” online persona.

A few weeks later, right around the time the DNC emails were dumped by Wikileaks—and curiously, around the same time Trump called for the Russians to get Hillary Clinton’s missing emails—I was contacted out the blue by a man named Peter Smith, who had seen my work going through these emails. Smith implied that he was a well-connected GOP political operative who knew Lt. General Michael Flynn, who would go on to become Trump's 1st Nat. Sec. Advisor + Flynn's son very well.

 

Although it wasn’t initially clear to me how independent Smith’s operation was from Flynn or the Trump campaign, it was immediately apparent that Smith was both well connected within the top echelons of the campaign and he seemed to know both Lt. Gen. Flynn and his son well. Smith routinely talked about the goings on at the top of the Trump team, offering deep insights into the bizarre world at the top of the Trump campaign. Smith told of Flynn’s deep dislike of DNI Clapper, whom Flynn blamed for his dismissal by President Obama. Smith told of Flynn’s moves to position himself to become CIA Director under Trump, but also that Flynn had been persuaded that Senate confirmation process would be prohibitively difficult. He would instead therefore become Nat. Sec. Advisor should Trump win the election, Smith said.

The "smarmy" little weasle leading the Republicans in the U.S. Senate, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell Of Kentucky, is attempting to ram the Republican version of health care through that body, by Friday, in a take-it or leave-it fashion, with no more than a total of 10 hours for floor debate.

Here are just a few of the highlights comprising this piece of legislation:

1.  The guarantee of coverage for individuals with pre-existing conditions may or may not survive this piece of legislation, but even if it does, it'll come with an exhorbitant price, making insurance for those individuals far greater than under Obamacare.  The Senate bill will include a provision allowing individual states to opt out of Obamacare's uncondition guarantee for those with pre-existing conditions that will thereby allow such states the option of continuing coverage for this segment but with sharp hikes in insurance premiums 

2.  A disaster for those lower income individuals whose only access to health care through Obamacare is via Medicaid.  But if the GOP has their way, Medicaid will be severely curtailed in the next few years such that millions of folks will be left high and dry with no reasonable access to any health insurance coverage.  The formula for "gutting" Medicaid" is a stealth-like tactic dreamed up by this current GOP leadership.  Currently, Medicaid funding is increased each and every year based upon the increase in the costs of medical coverage.  Under the new formula proposed by McConnell & "crew", funding for Medicaid will be based upon the overall increase in the cost of all goods and services.  It's well-established that year-over-year price increases for just medical care is much greater than that for the general price increase for all goods and services.

May 18, 2017: Trump criticizes the special counsel appointment, saying that Obama and Clinton deserved special investigations. Trump tweets, "this is the single greatest witch hunt of a politician in American history!"

May 31, 2017: In a series of tweets, Trump accuses Comey of lying under oath.

June 8, 2017: Comey testifies before the Senate intelligence committee, detailing his conversations with Trump, and repeatedly calling him a liar.

June 9, 2017: Trump again accuses Comey of perjury, saying in a tweet: "Despite so many false statements and lies, total and complete vindication ... and WOW, Comey is a leaker." Trump goes on to say at a press conference that "some of the things that [Comey] said just weren't true."

Around June 10, 2017: Trump considers firing Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller, his friend and ally Christopher Ruddy says. Trump's advisers urge him not to do it, according to news reports.

June 15, 2017: Trump again says the Russia investigation is the "single greatest witch hunt" in US history.

June 16, 2017: Trump criticizes Rosenstein on Twitter, saying: "I am being investigated for firing the FBI Director by the man who told me to fire the FBI Director! Witch Hunt."

April 11, 2017: In an interview with Fox News, Trump says "it's not too late" for him to fire Comey, but that he has confidence in him. Trump goes on to criticize Comey for clearing Hillary Clinton.

May 2, 2017: Trump attacks Comey on Twitter, saying he gave Clinton a "free pass." Trump also says that the Russia story is "phony" and an excuse used by the Democrats to justify their election loss.

May 8, 2017: Trump meets with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who recused himself from the Russia investigation, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. They discuss firing Comey.

May 9, 2017: After receiving a recommendation from Rosenstein, Sessions sends a letter to Trump recommending that he dismiss Comey. Later that day, Trump fires Comey. In his letter of dismissal, Trump says he was acting on the recommendation of Sessions and Rosenstein, whose decision was based on Comey's mishandling of the Clinton email investigation in 2016. Trump also says, "I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation."

May 9-10, 2017: In interviews, top White House officials including Mike Pence, Kellyanne Conway, Sean Spicer, and Sarah Sanders, insist that Trump only decided to fire Comey after receiving Rosenstein's recommendation and that Comey's firing had nothing to do with the Russia investigation.

May 10, 2017: During an Oval Office meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, Trump says Comey was "crazy" and "a real nutjob." He also tells them, "I faced great pressure because of Russia. That's taken off," according to The New York Times.
