The show starts this week with an interview with former World Champion Sam Ermolenko, as this season marks 30 years since a landmark day for him in Pocking, Germany. There is the preview of the upcoming SGP round in Warsaw, where Dominik Kubera steps in as the WC.  We look back to the previous weeks meetings as well as looking ahead to next week, which includes our Rider of the Week and Meeting of the Week nominations.  The lads introduce a new feature to the show plus much more. Its a warm welcome back to the studio for holiday goer Rob, as he reunites with Nathan and Cain for another bumper edition of Round the Boards. This week, the trio are joined by Joshua Moss, formerly Team Manager of Buxton Hitmen, who sadly shut their doors back in 2018 for League racing but still operate open days at the track, as we talk Buxton and NDL Speedway. There is the review of the Croatian GP on a damp opening round as Bartosz Zmarzlik started his campaign off as he did in 2022, with a win. We look back to the previous weeks meetings as well as looking ahead to next week. We have our usual features, including our new debate, Team of the Month, where we decide our April winner. It's the final week with guest host Ian Brannan before Rob returns from his holiday, and this week we are joined on the show by GP Race Director and new Premiership CEO Phil Morris.  As we look ahead to the start of the 2023 SGP Series in Croatia this weekend, we talk all things SGP, Discovery, and his new role within the British League. Quizzing expert Phil also takes on Cain in The Podcast vs The World, whilst we discuss the upcoming fixtures and review what has happened in the last week. Rider of the Week went to Chris Harris for his performances whilst we nominate the next 3, and we also look ahead to prediction for the SGP, as well as our Meeting of the Week, Redcar vs Scunthorpe.

Ding, Ding Ding, seconds out, Round 1 as Round the Boards comes to you with another action-packed show as speedway comes to you with a sucker punch this week, as it all kicks off one and off the track! We bring you all the meeting previews and reviews as well as an interview with Stuart Robson as he talks about his career and farewell, hopefully, 5th time lucky in June, as well as our quiz, and all the major talking points in the early stages of the season.

Nathan also goes on a textbook rant about the current situations at Kings Lynn at others' expense, whilst there is the usual Rider of the Week nominations and Meeting of the Week nominations.

This week saw two podcasts,  or even 3, collide, as Ian Brannan of BSN, plus the Humans of Speedway and No Brakes No Fear podcasts came on the show for a chat.  There were the usual meeting previews and reviews, Danny King was named the first Round the Boards Rider of the Week, as nominations were revealed for next week.  The first Scottish Derby of the season was named Meeting of the Week as Edinburgh take on Glasgow on Good Friday.  Ian also took on Cain in The Podcast vs The World as well as taking part in the quickfire 10, plus more general speedway chat. 

The speedway season started in earnest, eventually, after the rain initially interrupted, with meetings at Sheffield, the Ben Fund Bonanza at Kings Lynn and Sam Masters Testimonial at Wolves.  Nathan handed over the cheque for £150 to Paul Ackroyd live on BSN, with Chris Abbs securing the £75 winners prize. There was a family affair on the Pod as suprise guest Craig Ludlow took on Rob in the quiz, genuine shock for Rob months appearance.  They guys also look forward to the forthcoming meetings as Oxford vs Swindon Select was chosen as the Meeting of the Week, and a poll will be coming up to select Rider of the Week, as each of us chose a selection, plus lots more on a packed show.  All views are our own

Its the final predictions ahead of the 2023 season as the guys look ahead to a tightly contested National Development League, also gathering the thoughts of new Mildenhall signing, Lee Complin.  There is also the look ahead to the following weeks fixtures which sees the Peter Craven Memorial at Belle Vue, in arguably the strongest looking lineup outside a GP,  the Ben Fund Bonanza at Kings Lynn, Sam Masters Testimonial and the commencement of the Premiership season.  The guys will pick their Meeting of the Week, whilst Lee will take on Nathan in The Pod vs The World Quiz. This week it's the turn of the 2023 SGB Championship predictions, with impartiality at the forefront of the minds of all 3.  They are joined on the shoe by Redcar Bears Team Manager, Gavin Parr, as he looks ahead to Stuart Robson Farewell Meeting on Sunday, as well as a charity event in aid of the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund ON Saturday at Midday.  Gavin also takes parts on the next instalment of the Pod vs The World, as he tackles Cain in a Best Pairs special. This week it's the trios turn for their 2023 SGB Premiership predictions as the news came through that Phil Morris is the new CEO of Premiership Speedway.  Nathan reveals how the e-speedway racing at Scunthorpe unfolded as well as sending our best wishes to Jack Thomas and James Shanes as their seasons were curtailed early due to injuries.  Regular listener, Chris Abbs joined the show as he took Rob on in the all new Podcast vs The World quiz.  All views are our own.
