Rounding Down with Chid

This week Rounding Down completes the Bepsi Boys Trifecta and we welcome the elusive Gabe (@MeGustaCarne) to the show.

Gabe came on to discuss the divisive genre that you either love or hate, but probably still love NU METAL (admit it.)

Chid, Sigh, and Gabe all pick a Nu Metal record to discuss and Chid of course finds a way to compare the Nu Metal genre to Emo. What epic records did they pick? You'll have to listen to the episode to find out.

We discuss all of these scorching hot Nu Metal (depending on your definition) bands:
Korn, Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Inbucus, Creed, Hoobastank, Static X, Staind, Saliva, Rage Against The Machine, Mudvayne, HED PE, Slipknot, and much much more!

Don't miss a trip down memory lane as we get in our JNCO Jeans wearing time machine and take you back to 1999 right on through the mid-2000's. See you in the push-pit babyyyyyyyyyyy.

This week the show takes a more serious tone as Les (@widowmaker1138) from the Bepsi Boys comes on to discuss fungal infections and the dangers that come along with them.

Les is sharing a personal health story and as Chid and Sigh have no personal experience with any fungal infections, we would defer you to the experts (health professionals) regarding anything of this nature.

Discussed on the show are Cryptococcus - C. Neoformans Infection on the CDC website and Candidiasis - Candidiasis on the CDC Website

We discuss some of the symptoms of fungal infections and his visit with doctors in addition to the treatment of these fungal infections with angi-fungal medications.

Les makes it clear he's not a doctor and he has done a lot of his own research into the subject in addition to speaking with his own physician. As you know Chid and Sigh also are not doctors. If you hear something during this episode that concerns you about yourself please make sure you speak with a doctor or health professional about these symptoms/concerns and their treatment.

If you'd like to read about any of these, the CDC's website has information on this and many more topics.

We were joined by Bruce_69420(@bruce_69420) to discuss the 2016 Disney instant classic Moana.

Our new friend was kind enough to join us to discuss a film he's seen well over 150x watching with his young daughter. We spent some time talking about how visually stunning the film is, the strong female protagonist, great voice acting (sound acting as Sigh prefers to call it when words aren't used), as well as the writing quality, and how the film will stand the test of time as one of Disney's best.

We also talk New Jersey Diners, Taylor Ham vs. Pork Roll, and we get to talk some Ska as well.

Just when you thought you'd escaped him this week, everyone's favorite interrupting guest the SHERBERT PERVET stops in for a visit with the crew.

Looking for a podcast that has tough people but also bad people, look no further babyyyy. Have no fear Rounding Down is back in 2022 as if we had anything better to do!

This week we're joined by a great friend and while he was a first time guest he most certainly won't be a last time guest. Suity (@humanSuitcase) is here to talk about a great many things!

Provincetown is at the northern tip of Cape CHOD, Massachusetts. The seaside town is on the site of the Mayflower’s landing in 1620, commemorated by the towering Pilgrim Monument and neighboring Provincetown Museum. P-town is known as a longtime haven for artists, lesbians and gay men. Numerous galleries plus restaurants, nightclubs, cabarets and specialty shops are clustered on and around lively Commercial Street per Google.

What google fails to mention is the biggest tourist attraction of P-Town, the Dick Dock! Come on down to the Dick Dock while the gettin' is good!

We get to talk Provincetown (P-Town for the locals), beltway traffic, Project Runway & Fashion Retail, Pies, and much much more!

Plus we get to hear Sigh talk about his trips to P-Town as a child and his early sex education and the Synonym Song Singer stops by to give us his rendtion of 'Very Large' by a famous Massachusetts alt-rock group!

If you miss this weeks ALL TIMER episode with Suity you really messed up!
