100 Jumping Jackoffs (where you jack it while doing jumping jacks)
150 Seating Jack Ups (where you jack it while doing sit ups)
100 Jack Ups (one-handed pulls ups while jacking it, 75 on the right arm, 25 on the left arm)
a 1-minute Jack Plan (where you plank with your erect dick)
