Y hoy comparto con ustedes una sencilla y corta rutina de Jale dónde también estaremos incluyendo algunos ejercicios para el progreso de nuestra técnica en el Front Lever, ¡Vamos allá!

Explanation
EJERCICIO #1: EJERCICIO #1: Comenzaremos con el ejercicio más complejo de toda la rutina los "Muscle Ups en L" donde haremos 3 repeticiones e inmediatamente haremos 8 repeticiones de "Dominadas Pull Ups".
EXERCISE #1: We will start with the most complex exercise of the whole routine the "L Muscle Ups" where we will do 3 repetitions and immediately we will do 8 repetitions of "Pull Ups".
EJERCICIO #2: Al final de las 4 series del primer ejercicio, haremos "Dominadas Neutrales" y terminaremos con una "Retención Positiva" justo en la última repetición.
EXERCISE #2: At the end of the 4 sets of the first exercise, we will do "Neutral Pull Ups" and finish with a "Positive Hold" right on the last repetition.
EJERCICIO #3: Para nuestro último ejercicio, haremos una combinación de Tuck Avanzando dónde haremos "Retención positiva (Arriba), Repeticiones en Tuck Avanzando y Retención Negativa (Abajo)" Después de ello haremos inmediatamente "Dominadas Australianas" allí mismo en las paralelas.
EXERCISE #3: For our last exercise, we will do a combination of Advancing Tuck where we will do "Positive Hold (Up), Repetitions in Advancing Tuck and Negative Hold (Down)" After that we will immediately do "Australian Pull Ups" right there on the parallel bars.
Descansaremos 60 segundos entre series, la rutina será de 4 series para cada ejercicio.
