After a 10 year career in the financial industry, she became a master certified transformational life coach, earning 1000 hours of intensive on-site certification training and more than 300 hours of private 1-on-1 coaching, counseling, and mentorship. She is also a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, intuitive development & energy awareness facilitator, mindfulness and meditation practitioner, workshop leader, keynote speaker, and contributes to numerous media outlets, including King5’s New Day Northwest and KOMO’s Seattle Refined.
