Welcome to "Rapidly Rotating Records," Glenn Robison's weekly, one hour radio program of "toe-tapping music from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and 30s", broadcast Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM over KISL FM 88.7 Avalon.
On this week's brand new edition of Rapidly Rotating Records, we're going to take a musical journey to Pasadena, get serenaded, celebrate Fats Waller's birthday, learn a new word and literary device, and honor and remember our war dead. When my wife and I go to the movies, we're always the last people out of the theatre because we watch to the last frame of the film, even paying close attention to the credits.
