Rui Oliveira made history this summer when he won Portugal's 6th ever Olympic gold medal and their first in the sport of cycling alongside teammate Iúri Leitão. He's also one of the longest serving riders in UAE Emirates XRG's lineup - joining the team alongside his twin brother Ivo back in 2019.

Now he joins the Odd Tandem to reflect on his career so far and gives us an insight into the dynamics of the modern peloton.
