It’s tempting to spend more time planning, but “the only shortcut to your destination is through the field of failures.” If you’re doing something new, more planning isn’t going to get you there faster. In fact, it’s just going to slow you down, overwhelm you, and burn you out. Because, if it’s something new, you can’t know all the outcomes. You must get to work quickly, prototype, test, and pivot as you go.
