Thank you so much for being here. Today's poem came from a season of fear, anger, and panic when at the beginning of 2022 a diagnosis of cancer was a possibility for my husband. It was very interesting how my body responded during this time of waiting for the biopsy results. The poem is called —Pain Is Weird

Good morning!

I was told to stop running when I was in my early twenties. My dream of running The Boston Marathon was crushed by the words “You can’t run.”
