  • FRIDAY FUNNY! "It's funny cuz...they're always either latched or poopin'!"

The 'Runnin' My Mouth' Friday Funny installments are spliced selections from our upcoming episode drop. As a play on the many meanings of funny, "It's funny cuz..." you'll just have to tune in to find out!

An absolute delight to chat all things “momming” with Jodie Friedman. A fellow Mom with very similar (if not the same?) morals and values that I cherish in my own right, it was so great to give the RMM audience insight into what life can look like nowadays for women who strive to be wives and mothers and homemakers and to truly be proud of all that they do…which is a heck of a lot! Our families' worlds certainly wouldn’t turn if it weren’t for us…so cheers to that!

Enjoy this small excerpt from our full conversation and stay tuned for Jodie’s episode drop on Monday.

  • S3E4: Runnin' Through Grief To See The Light with Karli Saur AKA Coach Karli

    It’s been a L O N G 10 weeks, to say the least…

    But also short?

    Does that make sense?

Sometimes life, time, birth, rebirth, death, it’s all a big mindf*ck.

I often live by the adage, “the days feel so long, but the years fly by”, because it constantly holds true in my life. Hence, I cherish each and every moment: the good, the bad, the excellent, the doldrums, the incredible amazement, and the “holy sh*t this is the worst possible thing that could be happening right now”’s…

There has been a LOT going on the last 12+ weeks, and though I tried to carry on like “nothing was happening”, truth was, I needed some time to just “be” with my family to find my wholeness, or at least try to.

Today’s episode is just me, stream of consciousness, giving you a glimpse, not an excuse, but some transparency into the reasons why this season of the Runnin’ My Mouth podcast has been drawn out.

Buckle up! It’s some heavy stuff!

Coming clean on the RMM absence over the last 10+ weeks…

    LOTS of major feelings.

    SUPER highs, SUPER lows.

In today’s Friday Funny, I’m giving you a glimpse, a snapshot, into what’s been going on and the ‘reason(s)’ for the delay in publishing some stellar interviews/content these past couple months.

Forgive me, please, and if you can relate, please don’t hesitate to connect further. I will provide lots of resources in the description for my full episode drop on Monday.

    xo, Coach Karli

  • FRIDAY FUNNY! "It’s funny cuz…we often have the necessary skills innately."

The 'Runnin' My Mouth' Friday Funny installments are spliced selections from our upcoming episode drop. As a play on the many meanings of funny, "It's funny cuz..." you'll just have to tune in to find out!

A candid, real, and largely unedited conversation with Rachael Martin; a new Mom to her 6 week old baby, pediatric occupational therapist, and wife to a boundary pushing entrepreneur husband, she definitely knows how to remain neutral among the craziness.

By tapping into her professional skill set, she is able to feel more in control in her new role as “Mom”, and by tapping into her natural maternal instincts and intuition, she finds herself able to connect with her students and their families on deeper levels across the board.

It’s incredible what we can accomplish with solid support from our spouse, trusting ourselves, and constantly being open to learn new things.

He’s a family man first and foremost closely followed by his work role as CEO of SCM. Craig’s love for athletics + movement and risk analysis + management serendipitously led him to a sheer epiphany while on a many hours-long solo hike out West where he realized new directions for his life that would forever change and serve his loved ones and a higher power.
