      • S1E6: Runnin' On High Energy with Karli Saur AKA Coach Karli

It's ME! Karli Saur AKA Coach Karli is behind the mic for the entirety of today's episode. I felt it was time to give y'all a bit of insight into who the host of the Runnin' My Mouth show is. A brief overview:

I grew up in New Jersey here in the USA. As a lifelong athlete with a passion for helping people, it is no surprise that I am a Coach by profession. I currently hold the following certifications:

NASM CPT, NASM PES, NASM CES, NASM FNS, NASM WLS, Pre/Post-Natal, PowerPlate, TRX, KettleBell L1+L2, RRCA L1+L2, VDOTO2 Running Coaching, BLS/AED/CPR

& the list will continue to grow as my necessary continuing education credits are required every 2 years.

I am a college graduate, who earned a BA in Economics and Business with a focus in International Business and a minor in Spanish. I played both soccer and softball at the D3 collegiate level and loved the chaos that all of those demands created. My consistent high level of energy feeds off an incessantly busy life schedule.

In my “free” time outside of my roles as devoted wife, mother, coach, podcast host, better beauty advocate, chef, maid, chauffeur, landscaper, peace keeper, painter, designer, web developer, + more, I enjoy being outdoors, painting my nails (I’m actually quite good at this), exploring breweries/wineries, eating delicious food, catching up with friends, and honestly just all the mundane/overlooked things in life. I genuinely love being alive and experiencing all that life has to offer.

The 'Runnin' My Mouth' Friday Funny installments are spliced selections from our upcoming episode drop. As a play on the many meanings of funny, "It's funny cuz..." you'll just have to tune in to find out!

This collection of excerpts from my conversation with Colleen Rehfuss will get you thinking about the power of Faith and how it may affect you, your loved ones, and strangers all differently. Everyone has their own relationships with higher powers out of their control. Have your morals, values, and ways of life ever forced you to choose between your truth and your job that pays your bills? What about where you've lived? Have you ever thought about how your surroundings may mold you into who you're becoming?

Colleen's upcoming episode gives you a firsthand account of how Faith over fear creates miracles and how your physical location does not have to define you; in fact, you will discover more about yourself when you shake up your environment. It seems to be true that your growth is determined by your willingness to experience more life.
