Season 3 kicks off here with an awesome chat with an awesome person whom I’ve known pretty much as long as I can remember. As a devoted husband and father of 2, Craig Clemente really embodies dedication when it comes to life goals.
He’s a family man first and foremost closely followed by his work role as CEO of SCM. Craig’s love for athletics + movement and risk analysis + management serendipitously led him to a sheer epiphany while on a many hours-long solo hike out West where he realized new directions for his life that would forever change and serve his loved ones and a higher power.
JJ Saur is the head of underwriting for the PwC network's captive insurance company, based in Bermuda, and oversees the network's global insurance arrangements. He is a proud husband (mine!) and father, avid runner, and former competitive athlete.

This season 2 finale is graced by the presence of a real life superman...in my opinion at least. It was so fun to have the opportunity to chat at length about his athletic background, present life keeping fit, and future staying the course. Ladies & gentleman...Mr. JJ Saur.
JJ is a highly educated, longtime runner and competitive athlete, mastermind insurance executive, lover of travel...at least pre-pandemic travel..., wine enthusiast, proud father, rugged Legendary Whitetails wearing Jeep owner, lethal weapon AKA karate expert, & my favorite part? My husband.
Today’s episode is the first one of it’s kind on the ‘Runnin’ My Mouth’ show. Coach Karli’s guest, Kimberly Schamroth RN, provides a clinician’s insight into the world of infertility. She discusses the very broad, intense topic with grace and inclusion and makes the hard conversation easy to understand.
We will definitely be having Kimberly back on the show next season to go further in depth in specifically requested areas by our listeners. So, please take a moment to reply with your particular area(s) of interest in the realms of fertility/infertility that you would like to learn more about, hear more about, or have discrete questions asked.

With over 5 years of experience working in an NYC fertility clinic in midtown Manhattan, Kimberly Schamroth definitely has some wisdom to impart on anyone who is interested to learn. Drawing from both her textbook knowledge as well as her personal experiences with patients and peers, her insight sure is valuable. Kimberly worked hard to earn the title of Fertility RN, and it shows.
Thankfully for us, she has chosen to bring her education to the social media sphere...for free! Kimberly is currently running an instagram where she breaks down the 101 on all things fertility.

She enjoys learning and getting back to the forgotten basics - wether it be a natural childbirth journey or making things from scratch, there are undoubtedly a lot of skills out there to be learned. Let no stone be unturned along the journey for truth and purity. Drinking distilled water? Check!
When there’s so much substance, it’s hard to cap it all off with a time limit! Thankfully we have little ones who were up from their naps and needed us haha otherwise we probably would have chatted for another 2 hours.
Life with friends who support you, educate you, challenge you, and promote you is just the best kind of life to live. As we’ve gone through our collegiate, professional, relationship, and now motherhood journeys, there have been (& will always continue to be) new ways to connect no matter how much time has passed since we last spoke. I will say, personally, my favorite is the mommy connection. There is something so powerful about healthy discourse in aaaaallllllllll the different ways one can choose to parent. And boy oh boy are there many ways. If you have taken the leap into this space called motherhood, you are well aware of the snarky remarks, passing judgments, fake support, and various ways you can be lead astray.
But, once you do find the gems, the diamonds in the rough if you will, hold them dear, build that love & trust, and never let it go! Take it from me…

As a fellow dedicated Mom of two, Bridget Duggan certainly shares my passions for leading a healthy lifestyle. From recognizing how lucky she is to live in the land of opportunity and freedom to doing diligent research to keep herself and her family healthy, our conversation ran the gamut of "general life" topics.
In this excerpt of the full episode, we delve into the complexities of water; who knew! One of the most basic natural resources has become quite UNnatural, to say the least...
Brian Rosetti is a longtime runner, coach and tech entrepreneur. He founded both The Run SMART Project and V.O2, a coaching app for runners of all levels. Originally from Pennsylvania, Brian found himself running all throughout his childhood into the collegiate level in PA, then off to North Carolina to begin his career training at an even higher level, followed by a move into NYC to discover his passions for tech and coaching, and then finally back to PA to settle down with his family.
The Run SMART Project, the launchpad for the V.O2 platform, is a place where you can find a dozen highly qualified coaches, resources like a running calculator, and information on Dr. Jack Daniels (+ more resources!).
More specifically, V.O2 is going to take your running to the next level. With features including but not limited to: an automated coaching service to help you train intelligently with the Adaptive Trainer, coach supported service with a private coach, and an option for no coach support where you can get a race plan and reach your goal on your own terms. In all of these options you will have the opportunity to customize your training calendar/schedule with training days, off days, current mileage, and short/long term goals. Your training days can include specified running workouts (quality sessions), easy run days, cross training workouts (with lots of detail), and personalized notes for yourself or from your coach.
Hopefully this conversation with Brian provokes some further research and development for all levels of athletes and coaches alike. Enjoy!

Coming from a highly competitive running background, Brian Rosetti sure has a ton of experiential knowledge to bring to the table here. While he isn’t competing at a super high level anymore, his love for the sport continues by prioritizing his runs as purposefully scheduled pieces plotted in throughout the week further benefiting the rest of his life, coaching his masters athletes in the city, and on the tech side of things…
That’s right! Brian is a tech entrepreneur as well; he founded both The Run SMART Project and V.O2, a coaching app for runners of all levels. If you are a runner and you have yet to check out V.O2, what are you waiting for?! Seriously!
