The 'Runnin' My Mouth' Friday Funny installments are spliced selections from our upcoming episode drop. As a play on the many meanings of funny, "It's funny cuz..." you'll just have to tune in to find out!
Today's selections demonstrate some ways how 'common sense' might not be all too common. While the concept of 'common sense' spans all of life's intricacies, my conversation with Stephanie Bosche, MSN, CPNP-PC, IBCLC, showcases her expertise, learned knowledge, and some life advice from being a nurse, wife, mother, athlete, and standout human.
Kate Hastings, Coach Kate, is a Life Coach and a Strength & Conditioning Coach. She has been in the business of helping people get in the best shape of their lives both mentally and physically for over 9 years. With her combination of the Tony Robbins Life Coaching certification and her extensive life experience, her expertise is unmatched in the ins and outs of navigating mental and emotional trauma to emerge anew. In her own words, her self started program, Phenyx Fit, focuses "on root causes within emotional, physical, and mental health, we get to the source of the pain that's showing up in your everyday life. I offer systems, methods, and real-life skill sets that produce lasting results. The amount of success you will have is due to the amount of action you are willing to take. Phenyx Fit changes the old story about who you are and what's possible. It's about becoming the person you've always dreamed of being. It may be uncomfortable, but it will be worth it. Reprogramming and training your mind, body, emotions, and behaviors will drastically improve the quality of your life." Kate is truly living proof that anything is possible when the power of the human mind is harnessed for positive change. Life's adversities and misfortunes were not enough to hold down this fireball, and her flame is sure to illuminate YOUR path forward when you listen to what she has to say.
Get ready to dive in and learn to make treading water to keep your head afloat a thing of the past - you will butterfly and cannonball your way through life from today onward!
