First, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to replace her roof. Plus, the plaintiff hired the defendant the move his belongings when his condo got fumigated because he got bed bugs. He says some of his belongings were missing when the defendant returned them, so he’s suing. The defendant argues the moving company dropped off the boxes and left, so anyone could’ve taken his belongings.
