Vanessa sheds light on the complexities of prison management, the realities faced by both inmates and staff, the unique challenges of running a prison in today's world and how to handle serial killers like Rose West, one half of the infamous British serial killer couple, Fred and Rose West. Together, they were responsible for the torture and murder of at least 12 young women, including their own daughter, between the 1960s and 1980s.
