The equity markets calmed down on Friday, and recovered some ground. But, today could be a different day. It’s already got off to a bad start for the pound, falling sharply as the currency markets opened on the news that a Brexit deal this week is looking very unlikely. Phil Dobbie talks to NAB’s Ray Attrill about a volatile week, in which equity unrest could return, and EU-China politics can be extended to include the Saudis, after the alleged murder of a Saudi journalist in Turkey on Friday.
