Jim’s Rush journey is quite unlike any other. Having seen the band over 100 times up through R40, Jim’s a passionate guy with a big heart for helping people get a leg up. His philanthropic efforts aside, he’s been up close and personal with more Rushians than anyone we’ve met, having logged thousands of miles, domestically and internationally to see the band do that thing it does, even that thing dey doo in The Camera Eye -> New York to London…the guys is whacked…he’s personally known to the guys, yep, all of them, having spent time drinking with the two who like to socialize up on the train tracks around someplace in Toronto…and he’s got Ricky & Bubbles’ approval, eh!

Talking with tour managers, having his personal pictures signed, talking up his effin hat, having Geddy ask him about his facial hair, pulling Alex’s finger (that’s what Bubbles said), having and incredible network of friends and the love of a woman, family, and community who’ve all scratched it live with him and Rush too, Jim is a man benefitting from them angels working overtime in his life, fo' sho…keeping the flame burning!

Chaz N Schatz end up tripping over their amps and drumsticks with guest phenom, Freddy Mercury Award Winner and Yamaha and PRS endorsed Recording Artist Leoni Jane Kennedy, whose in-fact got the Rush Rash case we weren't prepared to handle - so severe, Steve Brown of Tena Men's Rushfest Scotland caught a new variant from her! Her Rush Rash stretches back deep in her creative genesis, and she shares some pretty deep shit with us. The Containment Unit couldn't contain her talent or inspiration and dedication to all things Rush. She is a true force of nature and maybe the coolest kid to show up to your AV Club. We dive deep on her academic achievements, her new album New World Woman - an acoustic collection of songs penned by the world's greatest drummer - but there isn't a drum beat on it! Her musical roots, her road mates, tales of inspiration, dedication, study, and a voice of pure, haunting starlight. Join us as Leoni takes control of the Solar Federation for a spin of the cosmic wheel. You will not fucking believe that we ended up with 2112, particularly given where we start...

Leoni knows ⁠Danforth & Pape⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠, and while we *eh* may not have discussed it on the air...it was discussed that there is such great merch at Danforth & Pape's Facebook page, you're nuts not to get there and buy some pre-show party apparel before going to see Leoni play at the Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow prior to Geddy's Effin Book Tour appearance!

Chaz N Schatz find themselves with another severe case of Rush Rash - this one seemingly as bad if not worse than anything we've seen so far. Drummer and Singer Matt Grou of Quebec's New World Men! The Containment Unit might have still been a little on the rank side after Steve Brown from Moving Pictures UK's last treatment, but Matt put up with the Vegi-Haggis and Poopourri afterglow like the tough French-Canadian he is! 

Matt is 1/3 of a powerhouse Rush full-frontal, multi-media experience. Full Monty ain't got nothin' on the big swinging these guys bring off every show. Light, cameras, big production and red jumpsuits - these guys are beyond legit in their ability to pull off every era of Rush with masterful precision. Schatz needed to change his shorts twice during the recording, and he refused to use those unnamed male sanitary products, so it made us all Evan a little more uncomfortable...but again, Matt was a trooper.

After a truly fascinating discussion of what it takes to play with Peart-ian precision and sing all of Geddy's parts, the wheel doses us with Chemistry from 1982's Signals!
