Ruth Bader Ginsburg is an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. She was first appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals in 1980 by President Jimmy Carter, then to the Supreme Court by President Bill Clinton in 1993.    Ginsburg is the second out of only four female justices to ever be confirmed to the court.  Ginsburg sat down with David Rubenstein, co-founder of the Carlyle Group, and host of the Bloomberg television show, Peer to Peer Conversations, to discuss her health, the dissent that earned her the nickname of the "Notorious RBG," and the politics on the Supreme Court.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
