Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams joins Ryan with an unfortunate update on violent inmate Debisa Ephraim, who he was forced to release due to Colorado's insane law about a defendant not being 'competent' to stand trial. Predictably, Ephraim was apprehended after brandishing a long gun with a detachable magazine inside a residence hall at the University of Northern Colorado - a blatant violation of their on-campus policy. Ridiculously, Ephraim will likely be released AGAIN due to the same 'competency' loophole in the Colorado law (HB24-1034).

In the second hour of today's edition of the show, Ryan Schuiling reacts to Jimmy Kimmel's return to air in light of the Charlie Kirk scandal.

David Proctor, political director for Colorado First Action, joins Ryan to update his work to continue the movement his mentor Charlie Kirk started with Turning Point USA. His group is making a major announcement on Monday to get involved with the Douglas County school board race this fall.

James Ruehmann, Colorado First Action chairman will also be joining on the call.

Molly Lamar, a teacher in the Cherry Creek Public Schools, joins Ryan to discuss two conservative candidates for the highly important Cherry Creek school board who are running against insider candidates backed by the progressive teachers union this fall.

Barb Kirkmeyer announced her run for Colorado governor a couple of weeks ago and joins Ryan for the first time to discuss the reason behind launching her candidacy.

He then attempts to stab himself in the neck with a pen after the verdict is read, and his daughter follows in his insane footsteps by making a public scene in the courtroom.
