California has flipped a Congressional seat from red to blue, North Carolina has done the same with a state supreme court post, and perhaps most egregiously - Pennsylvania's Bucks County commissioners are defying a state supreme court order prohibiting them from counting disqualified ballots with incorrect dates or names on them in the U.S. Senate race between incumbent Sen.
