Bipolar processes are the number one factor in the cause of burnout in teams. Give time for the process to show its weak points and for the team to recognize its need for change. Clear and practical processes are the main frame for success in the endeavor of innovative design. Although inconspicuous, it is the foundation for everything else that will follow. Weak processes will lead to weak results. If your process cannot sustain at least one day of rest then your organization runs the risk of the Chornobyl effect. It will eventually overheat and melt down.

Ecclesiastes 3:1

The Christian persecution and trouble are not the end; beyond lies the life it brings to him. It sometimes means that a man has to undergo a painful operation or course of treatment, but he welcomes the pain and the discomfort it brings, as long as there is something to look forward to - and the Christain can look forward to the ultimate joy. When we bow before the King and lay our crowns at His feet. To hear that we endured to the end. To hear the words, "Well done my good and faithful servant." The persecution becomes a perfume that we may offer to God as a sweet sacrifice unto Him for all eternity. May heaven be filled with the perfume of our persecution.

1 Peter 1:6-7

When a man has reached his limit in which he feels he can endure no more, that is when the power of Christ in him is displayed like never before.

The trials and troubles a man faces are not meant to take the strength out of him but put strength in.

Each trial is a color, just as God's grace is. No matter what color that trial may be, God's grace will match it every time, for there is never a trial where there is no grace. If a man but stands, he will look back at the end of his life, when he meets his Maker and offer to Him the masterpiece of his enduring life. In it, he will hear "Well done!" To hear those words makes enduring worth it all.

1 Peter 1:6-7

21 She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.” 22 Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment.

26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

12 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
