Currently named as Rye off Collab, is a special spin off series that takes the same art direction as Rye off the Bat; doing one take, unscripted podcast, only that in Rye off Collab, we have afew more other brains crunching ideas with us. For Rye off Collabs are usually 2 part recording, so they would be uploaded on Wednesday and Sunday of the week. Rye off the Bat will still continue to be scheduled to upload every Wednesday.

In this special episode, we have Chilli and Sugoi, who'd be discussing and talking about work life balance. Since I'm working without designated hours, I decided to have 2 different person for extra perspective; as Chilli is an Asian with working schedule of other time zones, while Sugoi is a student. We share ideas about finding balance between work and life, how do we maintain boundaries with coworker? What's okay? How should we plan our life around our work?
