In this unexpected heavy episode; we actually contemplated stopping recording altogether but decided to push through.

It was definitely alot more heavier than we thought we can handle but it also shed alot of light on how one, in the face of PTSD can seek help and how it was difficult even with help and how it also affects people around that individual.

It was probably one of the most difficult episode to record to date, and lets just dive in slow, unravel; take a breather if you need or skip this episode altogether.
