In this episode we have a special guest. Amanda McLauchlin with the Bay Area Alliance for Youth and Families discusses the importance of helping young adults who are facing trauma, drug addictions, alcohol addictions and more. She discusses red flags to look for, apps to watch out for, organizations that can help, positive coping skills and so much more. We really try to talk about how we as a whole can help these young adults that are going through traumas we can not even imagine. In many of our episodes, the behavior of the bad guy often stems from horrible childhood trauma. Victims become victimizers. Let's work together to help stop the cycle.
