So I recently had a Masterclass with today’s podcast guest covering the 5 Critical Daily Business Activities For Massive Impact And Growth In 2024 - and she is sharing some of these tips on today’s episode!

Laura Baum is a holistic business coach who helps health service-based providers, who work on their feet many hours a week, shift into new types of product offerings that don't require as much energy or time out of them, but still adds impact, value and money to their bottom lines. She also helps these providers step into new leadership roles to strengthen their industries.

Laura is the creator of Everyday Holistic, a health coaching model that makes herbalism and holistic lifestyle tools very easy for health service-based practitioners' patients/ clients to implement without many hours-of-service fulfillment required by them. This creates a sustainable solution to build and grow a business without overexertion fulfilling services but still making a notable impact.

Laura was a health practitioner who was only serving in a single session type model (50 + hours service fulfillment a week, multiple locations). If she could not fulfill services everything would stop and that felt terrible. She decided to learn how to make that not the case. Now her company, Laura's Botanicals has a multi-platform voice, a team of VA's and products that sell while she is away doing other things which equals less stress around service fulfillment.

Laura is also the coordinator of the Richmond, Virginia Chapter of Advance Innovation Society and she offers monthly meet ups in the downtown/ arts district of Richmond, Virginia.
