In this episode I try to nudge you the listener one last time into completing your 1st race if you haven’t done so by now. I pass on some encouragement and speak to you about Virtual Challenges and how they can help break you out of any fear of running your first race as well as using them as training motivators. I also get the honor of speaking with Tabby Holmes. Tabby is the race series director for The Hogeye Marathon and Relays Inc. (the oldest race in Arkansas). Tabby answers some of the same new runner questions that were posed to Melissa Bondy last episode as well as some completely different ones.
