My friend Siân Stacey has spent the past couple of years living on a Bardsey, a tiny landmass just off the coast of North Wales. She's the Island Manager, a brilliant job title which encompasses just about any task you can imagine keeping life on the island running smoothly for both its inhabitants and visitors.
