If there is a law stuck in your head … check it. It might not be ‘law’ but rather just a self-imposed rule. Callie felt that fitness of less than 45 minutes didn’t count … so she wouldn’t do a 30 minute work-out or a 20 minute run. This is not a law but felt like it to her. Don’t become trapped by those thoughts.

Callie and Jeff are hosting Thanksgiving and Jeff didn’t realize that meant he was cooking the turkey.

Jeff was anxious about getting to the Elton John concert on time and realizes now that was a complete waste of anxiety. Callie and Jeff met a listener and it was awkward.

Callie started the year with a one-word mantra … but then sort of forgot about it. She just rediscovered it, realizes she’s been using it, and life is good. The word: DELEGATE.

Jeff starts a pointless debate, because he already lost, about pictures on Christmas cards.

Post-show, Callie adds insult to injury because the holiday card photo shoot is taking place on Jeff’s actual birthday.
