What you may not worry about is whether or not you wake up with female breasts when you're a male body builder, or whether or not you'll end up with different sized breasts that resemble lumps of clay. In this week's Mugshot, we visit the story of Reinaldo Silvestre, a cosmetic surgeon in Miami, Florida, who has since been nicknamed "The Butcher of Southbeach"
