James Gagliano is a West Point graduate who went on to have a legendary career with the FBI. He was a member of their Hostage Rescue Team, the SWAT leader for the New York office and served as the head of the FBI Crisis Management and Operations Center Programs. He now puts his expertise to work as a law enforcement analyst for the major TV News Networks.
