Largo, FL — On September 2, 2018, 23-year-old Charisse Stinson, reported her
 2-year-old son Jordan Belliveau, Jr. missing. Charisse told police that an unknown man approached her in a vehicle while she was walking down the street with her toddler son, he offered her a ride and offered to pay her $150 for a sexual favor. Charisse agreed to the ride and the sexual favor, but then she alleges that the man knocked her unconscious after she performed the sexual favor, and the unknown male kidnapped her son, she alleges that she woke up hours later in a local park, and her son was nowhere to be found. There was no surveillance footage to support Charisse's story and text messages would reveal a different story of what took place that day.
