Not only is it said that wreckage from downed UFOs was sent to various US government institutions and bodies were recovered, but that said UFO occupants may have had survivors in their ranks. Already an amazing thing to contemplate, consider that if there were survivors, what would our government entities do with those survivors? What would they speak about? More importantly, who would film it for study? And what would happen if such a recording were smuggled out? A man calling himself only Victor states that he is such a man; who smuggled out apparent interview or interrogation footage of an actual alien being. Is it real or is it a hoax? Let's see.
