Snellville, GA—On Sept. 5, 2015, Christopher (22) and Cameron Ervin (17) attempted to murder their parents, Yvonne and Zachary Ervin, by drugging them with Xanax, beating them, strangling them, and attempting to shoot them, the brothers even tampered with the gas line in the home to cause an explosion. 

What led to the attack? What sparked the rage inside of two brothers raised in a seemingly comfortable, middle class, suburban household? How did things get so bad? What this case would uncover is an 11-year murder plot to kill their parents, coupled with strict rules in the home, the pressure to be perfect, and two brothers who absolutely despised their parents.
