Hosts Javier Leiva and John Taylor take you to the country of Panama to investigate the disappearance of several American Expats who went missing after dealing with a man known as Wild Bill. 

The hosts spent several days interviewing the killer trying to figure out his motivation. Did he kill these people for money or something more sadistic?
