In this 2nd episode I'll be sharing some of the issues that I hear most frequently in my clinical practice or sessions as I like to call them. I want to share these with you so that we can demystify the healing process and learn how universal the healing process is. 

Homecoming is returning to a place that you cherish after a long absence. It evokes a sense of nostalgia and comfort. The same can be said when you have done the brave inner work and have finally healed the pain of your past. You've come home to the you that you always knew was in there but, it's not always a joyous reunion. It can be a painful, heartbreaking reunion because of all that has been lost and missed whilst you were in the darkness of pain and recovery. 

I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves from within. It is my mission to show you how. It is my hope that these conversations go some way to help you on your own journey, so let's begin.
