You might know telly LEGEND Davina McCall from Big Brother, but I grew up working out to her fitness DVDs in my student flat, lifting tins of baked beans 😂

This conversation had EVERYTHING! We got into her wild clubbing days and then sobriety to losing her sister Caroline, learning to start over and finding joy through life’s toughest moments.

Davina opens up about an incredibly challenging couple of years, from discovering a brain tumour and undergoing surgery to then being diagnosed with breast cancer. We talk about grief, self-compassion and the importance of checking your boobs (or breast tissue!), going to your mammograms and speaking up about your health.

PLUS, my mum joins us to share her own experience of breast cancer. It’s an emotional one, but there’s plenty of laughter, love and a little bit of disco along the way.

I’ve watched Letitia Wright since her early days on Top Boy. She’s gone on to become an iconic global star as Shuri in Black Panther, built her own production company and stepped behind the camera as a director.

We talk about the parts of success people don’t always see: what it feels like to look back and be proud, the courage it takes to face your fears, and the importance of keeping some things private.

Letitia also opened up to me about grief, faith and the industry she works in.

Acting royalty Kristin Scott Thomas joins me for the final episode of Season 3!! 

She’s had some absolutely iconic roles on screen, like in Fiona in Four Weddings and a Funeral, Katharine Clifton in The English Patient and THAT legendary Fleabag monologue. There aren’t many people that I’d re-create my living room in a studio for (while heavily pregnant), but I would do basically ANYTHING for Kristin! 💅

We spoke about the guilt of motherhood, being labelled as a ‘cold’ person in the press and feeling like a failure when a marriage breaks down. Jeff Goldblum is my idol!! I’ve spent my whole life watching him on screen so, despite being HEAVILY pregnant, there was no way I was missing out on the opportunity to have him on the podcast. As well as being a mega-successful actor (and Hollywood legend), he’s also an insanely talented jazz musician.There’s a reason he’s so many people’s dream dinner guest…

The first rule of Jeff Goldblum-ism is to be yourself and he is perfectly unfiltered. We spoke about everything from working with Wes Anderson to dealing with loss… and how his therapist ended up officiating his wedding! He also revealed what he is BAD at (surely Jeff Goldblum isn’t bad at anything?!) and even serenaded us with some of his beautiful jazz tones.

I’m joined by the man with the most extraordinary hair in the UK, which can only really mean one thing...Sam Ryder. He stole all of our hearts at the Eurovision Song contest with his hit ‘Spaceman’, as well as becoming a TikTok sensation and even landing the role of Jesus in the West End. For someone who has achieved so much, he is probably the most humble person I’ve ever met - and I’m lucky to call him a true friend after filming our show ‘Your Song’ together last year.

We covered a lot!! From why he stopped drinking alcohol, to his impressive THREE near-death experiences (protect Sam at all costs), to how we can all make the world a better place. Oh, and there was also that one time he kidnapped someone on tour - but more on that later…

I’ve always gravitated towards really naughty people, and few people are as naughty as THE Rosie Jones.

Since our first meeting, in the presence of actual royalty (more on that later), I’ve followed her incredible career as she’s taken the UK comedy scene by storm!! She started out writing jokes for TV that made other people funny, and now, in her own right, is one of the country’s best known stand-up comedians. 🎤 She also starred in her very own TV show ‘Pushers’ and is a published children’s author. 

We talk about how to deal with keyboard warriors and how understanding ableism stopped Rosie from feeling guilt about her disability. We also talk about her being a good (and bad) drunk, loving a good flirt, having no regrets and her ‘tricks’ for dodging train tickets… 🤫
