This episode of Mugshot tells how Kathleen Baty dealt with a stalker for years. It started one day when she was home from college for Thanksgiving break, and didn't let up until years later. Kathleen has gone on to be known as "The Safety Chick", advocating for legislative change as well as the safety of others.
