Welcome to the 3rd season. In this series I’ll be talking about finding & healing the root cause of our suffering. Understanding what happened inside of us as a result of our trauma and working with primary pain, so that we can finally heal and be free from the pain of our past.

This episode is about the power of the human condition. The innate desire that is inside of us to heal, live and thrive.

Today’s guest is Michael. An exceptional artist and poet from N.Ireland. He bravely takes us with him as he reflects on his healing journey. A journey that began 17 yrs ago with a diagnosis of depression. Michael spent the next 10+ years managing his symptoms using various techniques and modalities, as well as running a support group for others who were in the same situation. Even though those techniques helped, Michael was still struggling and when the wisdom of his wounds began to emerge somatically in his body his will and determination to heal soon took over.

Michael’s hope is that this conversation will help anyone listening move towards healing too. A beautiful conversation that you won’t want to miss.

I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves from within. It is my mission to show you how. It is my hope that these conversations go some way to help you on your own journey, so let's begin.
