In this episode of Mugshot is the story of Ronald Watts, a police officer corrupted by the power entrusted to him. Watts made quite a profit for simply looking the other way during drug deals, but over time, his plan evolved into using the drugs themselves for something even worse. The results of Ronald Watts' actions was a mass overturning of convictions.
