Tom and Ryan talk about how Headington have adapted to this year's challenges, the balance between academics/sport and some of Ryan's favourite coaching memories. We also discuss the importance of squad morale, how to remove the taboo of recreational rowing and Fergus takes a trip down memory lane with his school rugby days. Ed has done this week's quiz.
