Before he was conquering the music world with Guns N' Roses back in the late '80s and early '90s, guitarist Slash was Saul Hudson. London born and Los Angeles raised, his entertainment-industry parents did not provide the stability that a teen in the '70s and '80s would have benefited from. Consequently, young Slash found himself misusing a number of things, including an early marriage or two, and it took him more than a little while to find himself.
