It was a rough one this week for Nebraska fans as the Cornhuskers fell to the Colorado Buffaloes 36-14. Despite an impressive performance by the defense in the first half, the offense struggled with turnovers and touchdowns, and the game quickly turned from a close one to a rout in the wrong direction.  Quarterback Jeff Sims' 57-yard run for a score was a highlight, but it was unfortunately overshadowed by multiple fumbles and an interception. This loss marks Nebraska's 22nd straight defeat against ranked teams, dating back to 2016. The team will regroup and look to bounce back next week at home against Northern Illinois.
