Welcome to the 3rd season. In this series I’ll be talking about finding & healing the root cause of our suffering. Understanding what happened inside of us as a result of our trauma and working with primary pain, so that we can finally heal and be free from the pain of our past. 

This episode is about the existential core treat of anxiety and how it is so possible to get past that…not manage it, but really get to the root cause and heal it. 

Today I'll be talking to Elaine. 

Elaine has achieved huge success in her career as a PHI Brow Artist. So much so that she is now a Master Trainer and has recently worked with one of Hollywood’s finest! Fair to say she is absolutely thriving but it wasn’t always like that and in this episode she’ll take us right back to the beginning of her healing journey. To the existential threat of anxiety that she was experiencing leading her to believe that there was, what she describes as “ a deep darkness inside of her”. 

This is a lady who has worked hard to get where she is today both professionally and personally and this is a story of hope for anyone who is experiencing anxiety thinking there is no way out. 

I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves from within. It is my mission to show you how. It is my hope that these conversations go some way to help you on your own journey, so let's begin.
