Chuck Morgan was a well-liked and easy-going figure in Tucson at the time of his bizarre death. He had been involved in many businesses and had even been accused of being connected to organized crime. Not only that, but he was rumored to have been an informant speaking against not only high-ranking mafiosos, but high-ranking US figureheads. Despite multiple investigations by the police and FBI, no one has been able to determine what happened to him or why other strange murders have appeared involving people linked to the case.
