Our guest today is Sarah Bartel PhD. Sarah is a theologian and Catholic sex and marriage coach. Together with her husband, Nathan, she has served thousands of couples through their CanaFeast online ministry, which includes their Abundant marriage course and the Little Way of Marriage Workshop. Her newest course, My Delight, is a ground-breaking program developed to help engaged and married Catholic women undo knots of shame and isolation to develop a holy, healthy, and happy sex life with their husbands. Sarah is a mom of five based near Seattle, WA, where she loves hiking, reading Jane Austen, feeding her kids salmon, and heading off on adventures.

Sarah earned a BA in Humanities and Catholic Culture and an MA in Religious Studies from Gonzaga University, and she completed her Ph.D. in moral theology from the Catholic University of America.
