  • Jeff is trying to force me to eat BBQ ice cream. On the off chance you want to make it, here's the recipe from Heinz:
  • 1 1/4 c whipping cream
  • 1/2 c condensed milk
  • 1/3 c whole milk
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  •  
  •  
  • Chill all ingredients in fridge for at least one hour
  • Mix everything together and use a whisk (mixer attachment is best) and slowly whisk faster and faster, until the mixture begins to form soft peaks
  • Pour mixture into bowl with lid and freeze for at least 3 hours
