Waiting seasons have a way of exposing parts of us we didn’t know were there. The questions, the ache, the desire to control — all of it comes to the surface when we’re hoping for something we don’t yet have. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means to trust God, not just with my words, but with my weight — the weight of desire, uncertainty, and yearning.
