Mental illness is one of the most inevitable things or illnesses one can ever come across in our current lives. Children are sometimes born with various mental conditions; others do develop them whilst growing up as a result of under developing, lack of proper nutrition and other various reasons that contribute immensely to the growing number of mental conditions amongst our societies.
Mental illnesses can lead to various disability conditions. When the subject of disabilities surfaces in our thoughts or conversations, it is common to first consider those caused by some type of physical ailment or affliction. Conditions such as arthritis, heart disease and back problems are certainly primary causes of long-term disabilities in our nation. However, mental illness is also a major contributor to disabilities.
