    POPIA Privacy Essentials zones in on privacy rights in the context of South Africa's Personal Protection of Information Act (POPIA) as at 14 August 2021.  We laud the Rule of Law in honour of our Imbokodo by actualising the right to privacy, section 14 of our Constitution, Act No.108 of 1996. Our educative Mbokodo Marvel highlights the Protection of Personal Information Act effected in South Africa to protect privacy rights.

A. Tiry dips into appearance fundamentals after highlighting the rights that dominate an educative environment and zooms in on section 25 of the Legal Practice Act.  Thereafter, Adv. N.
